There's this moment in yoga nidra, often just a glimpse, when you know you are whole. You know that pure awareness is always present.
In life so often we think we're the doer of actions, but it's really pure consciousness.
You are not operating the machine.
When we get this it's a delicious knowing, like steps coming down from heaven.
But you can't live in this space because if you did you'd need people to care for you, it's that deep of a surrender.
So we must instead set aside moments, like a yoga nidra meditation practice, to touch into it because when you do, when you touch into pure awareness often enough it gives you an aliveness and finally you know that what you are looking for is already here.
For women, it helps us truly embody I AM ENOUGH.
