Certified Daring to Rest Facilitator
I am in private practice as a psychotherapist working with adults, couples, and families, with a special interest in exploring infancy and early years. I have clinical experience with trauma, depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, postpartum depression, and birth trauma.
My practice is guided by Psychodynamic/Psychoanalytic Theory, with a particular emphasis on relational work and the integration of mindfulness and meditation from years of personal practice.
Daring to Rest is awakening.
“We all need support and encouragement to lay down and take the time to nourish ourselves and rest.”
