The Mentorship is a business mastermind open to any woman who has taken our Daring to Rest Facilitator Training Program. You receive my support to incorporate yoga nidra and the Daring to Rest method into your programs, and you will also receive the support of alumni facilitators who are teaching yoga nidra and offering rest programs. You’ll also receive inspiration for your personal rest journey.
