Mentorship is for alumni of the Daring to Rest Yoga Nidra Facilitator Training & The Rested Path Guide Training Program.

When you join, you’ll receive my support but even more you will receive the support of a sisterhood of alumni guides and facilitators who are sharing the power of rest.

We meet monthly, and while each gathering is unique typically we deepen into running a successful rest business and doing it working soft.

I created this ongoing mentorship so that after the training you are not alone, you have a community, and so you can receive support to successfully share rest with others.

I’ve been leading a rest business now for nearly twenty years. In this mentorship, I want to help you shine, professionally and personally.
