The purpose of this membership is to have a space where you receive my support, the support of alumni faciliators, and we continue learning together.

Receive mentorship from Karen as well as sisterhood from alumni Daring to Rest Facilitators. Support on how to create rest programs, teach yoga nidra, market your programs and stay rested. 90 minutes. First Thursday of the month.
