The Yoga Nidra Facilitator Mentorship is for alumni of the Daring to Rest Yoga Nidra Facilitator Training.

When you join, you’ll receive my support but even more you will receive the support of a sisterhood of alumni Daring to Rest Facilitators who are teaching yoga nidra and offering rest programs.

We meet monthly and while each gathering is unique typically we deepen into yoga nidra, developing rest programs, and running a successful and rested business.

I created this ongoing mentorship so after the training you can continue to journey with a group of alumni Daring to Rest Yoga Nidra Facilitators dedicated to helping people dare to rest.
