Yoga nidra meditation is a sleep-based guided meditation. We’ve been teaching this “rest medicine” to women online for years because we know that most women don’t have the time to attend an in-person experience. There really is a lot on our to-do lists!

And we also know that a virtual experience practicing yoga nidra together not only works - the collective power you receive from a group of Rest Sisters around the world all nidra napping together is transformative and deeply restorative.

That’s why we’re hosting a summer virtual Nidra Nap Camp for Women to help you unwind, slow down and rise up as a well-rested woman.


Here’s How it Works

  1. Prepare a spot to rest (your rest cave!) and a few optional materials.

  2. Show up for one, two or all three camp sessions from 11am-6pm ET.

  3. Rest, learn some yoga nidra-y arts & crafts, attend a powerful intuitive guidance women’s circle and end with liminal dreaming and yoga nidra.

What dates are the sessions?

June 18, 20 & 22. You can sign up for an individual session or receive a discount on all three.

You say it’s virtual. Where are we meeting?

We meet on Zoom, a video online platform. You can connect via your computer, tablet or phone from anywhere in the world.

Are the nidra naps recorded?

Yes, the whole day is recorded and you will receive the audios within 24-hours after camp ends.

If I can’t make it to every part of the day can I still join?

Yes. Our motto is chuck perfect. Come to whatever part of the day you can. All we ask is for your presence when you do come. (ie, please don’t plan to do the dishes or clean the house or drive to an errand while attending!).

What arts & crafts are planned?

June 18 is Make Your Own Eye Pillows, June 20 is Make Your Own Soul Whisper Card Deck, and June 22 is Make An Essential Oil Blend & Learn an Anointing Practice.

What is the Intuitive Guidance Women’s Circle?

You’re going to love this! Yoga nidra helps us align with our true nature, and the more we do, the more we receive intuitive guidance we realize that we need to upgrading our health and lifestyle. This awakening often needs reinforcement - a guide to help you know you’re following the right path. We’ve asked intuitive naturopath Amy Rachelle, in a group setting, to read camp Rest Sisters (like a tarot card reading but without the cards), answer your questions, and offer practical suggestions and solutions- for your health and well-being, life and lifestyle. She won’t be able to do an intuitive reading with each Rest Sister, but we guarantee you that whether you’re read or not you will receive guidance to move forward in your life.

What is liminal dreaming + nidra?

Jennifer Dumpert - author of the newly published Liminial Dreaming and yoga nidra teacher - will lead us in liminal dreaming and nidra! At the edges of consciousness, between waking and sleeping, there’s a swirling, free associative state of mind that is the domain of liminal dreams. Working with liminal dreams can improve sleep, mitigate anxiety and depression, help to heal trauma, and aid creativity and problem-solving. We’re ending every Nidra Camp with liminal dreaming so, if you choose, you can fall off to sleep afterwards. This is super nidra yummy!

What is Daring to Rest yoga nidra? How it is different than other nidra?

We love all nidra, but Karen Brody wrote the book Daring to Rest: Reclaim Your Power with Yoga Nidra Rest Meditation to give women a way to harvest some of the women’s empowerment features from nidra and take it into our daily lives. Each Daring to Rest nidra includes these key feature. Our goal is to help the world rise up rested and we think women are the ideal people to start a rest revolution because when we find medicine we love, we share it. Karen leads all the Daring to Rest yoga nidra meditation at the camp and is your camp director.
