Hello Beautiful Alumni Rest Coach,

The Rest Coach Mentorship is for alumni of the Rest Coach Training.

When you join, you’ll receive my support but even more you will receive the support of a sisterhood of alumni Rest Coaches who have all been taught The Rested Path framework.

We meet QUARTERLY and while each gathering is unique typically we deepen into The Rested Path, developing rest programs, and running a successful and rested business using The Rested Path tools.

I created this ongoing mentorship so after the training you can continue to journey with a group of alumni Rest Coaches dedicated to helping people get on a Rested Path and make rest a lifestyle.

Here’s to guiding people back to their Rested Power.
