What if there was a way to forgive someone who we feel wronged us, or forgive ourselves for wronging another? Lack of forgiveness depletes our energy and the social fabric of our communities. It injures our physical and mental health. And it affects future generations - our children, their children, and so on. 

In this 3-hour retreat with Daring to Rest founder, Karen Brody, you'll be guided through The Book of Forgiving's fourfold process for forgiving and led through two yoga nidra meditations on forgiveness.

Through yoga nidra, forgiveness meditations, and journaling you'll learn how to tell the story of how you were wronged, name the hurt, grant forgiveness and renew or release a relationship in order to forgive. You'll also practice forgiving yourself.

This retreat includes a zip file with:

  • 2 yoga nidra meditations on forgiveness (24 minutes and 44 minutes).
  • 3 hour forgiveness retreat including 4 forgiveness meditations from The Book of Forgiving and journaling exercises.

You may wish to purchase The Book of Forgiving on your own, but it is not required to fully benefit from the retreat.
