Women hold so much. We are excellent caretakers. And we are 16 times more sensitive then men. Although history and our culture have tried to brand these traits as weakness, instead they really mean that we are super women...which is why it's essential to take care of ourselves. If we don't rest, we can easily burn out and this ends up serving no one or purpose.
Rest is a foundation of good health. I'm excited to offer monthly Well-Rested Woman retreats from the comfort of your bed to help free your well-rested woman.
These retreats are idea for you if:

It's time women claim space in their homes for rest. These retreats give you an opportunity to start creating that space and using yoga nidra meditation in a "rest cave of your own." You'll choose an essential oil, and decorate your rest cave to invite more sleep, slowing down, and unplugging in your life.
Commit to being good to yourself.
Women have said no to rest and not being good to ourselves for too long. These retreats are your permission slip to rest...to put on your oxygen mask first.
What's holding you back from rest? If you can't join me live you can listen later...each retreat can be enjoyed on your own any time...the women who enroll receive a recording of the entire half day including separate recordings of all yoga nidra meditations. If you'll holding back because you feel you don't have time to rest...then that's exactly why you need to.

In solidarity with women. This is how we rise up. We don't have to rest or rise alone. That's the old model, that doesn't work. The energy of the soridad is the new model...resting together.
Retreat Cost & Schedule
There are two options to register:
1. For an individual retreat for $50.
2. Purchase all 5 for $197 and receive 2 special bonuses (see below).
Retreats meet 12-3pm EST on Saturdays each month and include one long and two short yoga nidra meditations. All meditations, as well as the entire retreat, will be sent to you after the retreat to download and use forever. Each retreat is based on themes from an inspirational book, with readings as well as a talk and discussion about these themes.
Refunds are available 48 hours before the retreat. After that, no refunds.
