At Daring to Rest, we training women around the world to offer the power of rest and teach a deep transformational rest practice known as yoga nidra, an ancient yogic sleep technique that takes you into the most supreme state of restoration.
The hustle and grind culture has been devastating. From a rest perspective, rest is urgent, foundational, and necessary for people to thrive.
When rest is absent households are chaotic, workplaces are unable to hold their employees’ devotion, and communities are bewildered.
Change begins from the inside out and from the ground up. This is why our focus in the Daring to Rest Facilitator program is to train you in the best inside out / ground up practice we know: yoga nidra, a transformational deep rest practice that has changed lives…while lying down!
Yoga nidra is good medicine - we call it “rest medicine.” We train women to offer it because we know when women find good medicine they naturally share it. We support you to become a facilitator and add deep transformational rest to the work you do.
We are in a crisis of speed. Our promise in this training is to help you become the antidote - we will teach you how to embody, speak and teach about the power of deep rest. To rest, we must slow down.
