Step 1 – Add the 1-Day Rest Camp to Calendar

Each rest session will be approximately 45 minutes. The replays will be made available within 24 hours and you can listen to them until December 17th.


Step 2 – Prepare a Space to Rest

Identify a comfortable place to rest now - this will be your rest cave (or rest nest) for Rest Camp. You can rest anywhere - your bed, on the couch, on your floor. You can even sit in a cozy chair if you prefer to sit.

Be sure to bring a blanket, pillow, and a journal for reflection time at the end of each rest session.


Step 3 – Add karen@daringtorest.com to Your Contacts

I’ll be sharing about Rest Camp and relevant information by email. To make sure you’re getting my emails, it’s best to add my email to your contact list.

Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a confirmation email with the access details. Look for karen@daringtorest.com and then add me to your email’s Contact List.
