Dr. Diana Liu is passionate about creating a well rested world through Daring to Rest Yoga Nidra and other modalities to regulate and calm the nervous system. She offers a unique perspective of sleep as a dentist who specializes in supporting kids and adults with Sleep Apnea and Insomnia.
Her personal experience with burnout, chronic anxiety, divorce, illness, and insomnia, has led her to discover, integrate, and share the medicines of Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i) to support others to reclaim Rest and live a Thriving Life.
