You have lifetime access. (As long as Daring to Rest exists or we get rid of our portal, which we have no plans to do!).

The amount of time needed is different for everyone. Having said this, typically women tell us it takes a minimum of 5-7 hours per week. This includes the time you rest.
It typically takes 18 weeks to complete the entire training - although you can go at your own pace.
You have lifetime access.

The Live monthly Facilitator Mentorship Circle with Karen takes place on the first Thursday of every month from 10-11.30am Mountain Time. (12-1.30pm Eastern / 5-6.30pm UK).
Replays are always available in our portal. If you cannot attend live you can always email Karen your questions and she will answer them on the coaching call.
You have free access to this monthly facilitator coaching for one year from the time you purchase the facilitator training. After that, there is an option to continue receiving coaching for a small monthly fee.

Yoga nidra is a sleep-base meditation and a state of consciousness known as yogic sleep.
To practice, you lie down, listen to a guided voice, and are taken into a supreme state of relaxation.
Yoga nidra is more than deep rest - it is transformational, working beyond the ego mind and softening years of exhausting patterns and beliefs. This allows you to lie down and wake up to your most vibrant self.

We strongly encourage women already trained in yoga nidra to join us.
Firstly, this training is much more than a yoga nidra teacher training. You will be immersed in the landscape of rest and receive many tools to work with people to help them become rested.
Secondly, all yoga nidra trainings give a different perspective, and we expect ours will too. Taking more than one yoga nidra training helps you find your yoga nidra style.
Daring to Rest is different from most other yoga nidra teacher trainings because we are more a feminine leadership and empowerment training that supports you to teach yoga nidra. We teach you the history of yoga nidra, and have a deep respect for its roots, but this training is not yoga-focused. It is more leadership and women’s empowerment focused. (For example, we connect the yoga nidra experience to the Heroine’s Journey!)
You will benefit from learning a method that's based on Karen’s book Daring to Rest. This enables you to diversify your offerings and expand your reach.
Also, when you join us you'll be a part of a life-long community of women who are passionate about changing the world with rest. You'll receive free personal and professional development for one year to support your evolution as a teacher and as a Rested Woman.

Maybe. Most women who take this training want to teach yoga nidra, but some love the topic so much that they want to take this training for the advanced teachings and personal rest transformation. There is no requirement to teach. First rest, then teach when or if you want to.

There are two phases: Practice Rest and Teach Rest. We slowly offer the content so as to not overwhelm you.
It typically takes 18 weeks to complete the training.

If you’d like to professionally certify, this is possible for an additional fee.
